Film Kaguya-hime no Monogatari by Ghibli Works Cast

The official website for the anime movie Kaguya-Hime no Monogatari (The Tale of Princess Kaguya) by Isao Takahata and Studio Ghibli has been updated with the cast. Aki Asakura Kaguya will play, and Takeo Chii, who died in June last year, still plays Okina (Old Man), because he had completed all the parts before he died. Kengo Kora plays Sutemaru, while Nobuko Miyamoto plays Ouna (Old Woman).

Shinichiro Watanabe Reveals Anime Serial Space Dandy

Directed by Shinichiro Watanabe (Cowboy Bebop, Samurai Champloo) has revealed in its questioning panel at Otakon that he directed the anime series Space Dandy at studio BONES. Watanabe said that this anime is "anime that should not be taken seriously." This is the first anime series directed comedy.

Live-Action Adaptation sequel Rurouni Kenshin Get Soujirou Seta and Aoshi Shinomori

Following news earlier on Tatsuya Fujiwara, who confirmed to serve as the main antagonist, Makoto Shishio, additional cast for the sequel now Rurouni Kenshin has been reported.

Last Chapter Initial D Manga Publishing This Month

Young Magazine 34th edition this year revealed that the mangaka (manga author) Shuuichi Shigeno Initial D manga will finish his work on the 35th edition this year. The magazine is scheduled to be published on July 29. Initial D manga has been running in the magazine Young Magazine for 18 years. Shigeno previously revealed in March that the manga is getting closer to the end of the story.

Initial D manga tells the story of Takumi Fujiwara, a high school student who is an expert because of his habit of driving the car drove at high speed out on the track the mountains. For some reason, he finally raced the streets and continues to successfully win the game.

Finally Anime C3-Bu Disclose Animation scene Through TV Spot

TV station TBS has shown 30-second TV spot for the anime series Stella Jo-Gakuin C3-Bu (Stella Women's Academy, High School Division Class C3). This ad finally shows animated scenes, and accompanied with the opening song "Shape My Story" sung by Anna Yano.


The anime adapts the manga Tokurei Sochi Dantai Stella Jo Gakuin Koutou-ka-C3-Bu works tomomoka Ikoma and Midori. The manga started when Yura Yamamoto had just arrived in the high school division of Stella Girl's Academy, Sonora Kashima then invited to join a club called "C3." Sonora is a third grade student who became chairman of the club's survival game. Other members are the two people grader two (karila Hatsuse a mix of Japanese and Honoka Mutsu using G36K) and two new students (whose families have Rento Kirishima Japanese pastry shop and Hinata Yachiyo very short). Cast for this anime series is Yui Makino as Yura, Miyuki Sawashiro as Sonora, Ai Kayano as karila, Chiwa Saito as Honoka, Rima Nishizaka as Rento, and Madoka Yonezawa as Yachiyo.

Live-Action Adaptation Lupin III Get His stars

This week gave an emotional burst for many anime fans and manga classic. Yep, after Gatchaman and Tiger Mask, again a manga (and anime) legendary prepared for the live-action adaptation. This time a turn for Lupin III, this has recently been reported to get cast for a main character.

Oguri Shun (Crows Zero) has been lined up to star as the lead role, Arsène Lupin III, the classic character created by mangaka Kazuhiko Katou in 1967 by his pen name, Monkey Punch, the grandson of Arsène Lupin belongs to Maurice Leblanc. While Sho Sakurai (Yatterman) will play Jigen Daisuke and Satoshi Tsumabuki (Dororo) as Goemon Ishikawa XIII.

First Trailer Aoki Hagane no Arpeggio Showcase Marine War

Flying Dog has shown the trailer premiere of the anime series Aoki Hagane no Arpeggio (Arpeggio of Blue Steel). Not only that, the official site for the anime has also been opened at http://www.aokihagane.com/.


This trailer explains a synopsis of Aoki Hagane no Arpeggio where mankind has lost a lot of areas because of global warming in the early 21st century. Then a fleet of ships called the "Fleet of Fog" is equipped with a super weapon suddenly appeared all over the world. Cannot match this fleet, mankind lost and can no longer traveling by sea. 17 years after the deadly sea battle, Gunzou Chihaya and her friends took over a submarine of the "Fleet of Fog" and changed its name to I-401. Along with Iona (mental models or physical embodiment in human form of I-401), they are against the "Fleet of Fog."
